Thailand’s Digital Arrival Card Now Mandatory

Thailand has introduced the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), a mandatory online entry requirement replacing the TM6 form. Effective May 1, 2025, all foreign travelers must complete it within 72 hours before arrival. Exceptions apply to transit passengers and Border Pass users.

Key Details:
  • No Fee: Submitting the TDAC is free.
  • How to Apply: Online via tdac.immigration.go.th.
  • Languages Available: English, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Japanese.
  • On Arrival Assistance: Self-service kiosks and immigration officers available.
  • Purpose: Enhances immigration efficiency, security, and public health management.

Plan Ahead—complete the TDAC in time and keep a copy for verification at entry points.
